I was fortunate to be able to reserve the Sierra ev during the first minutes. I wonder when we can realistically expect the truck to be delivered for the edition 1 . Also will it have a specific edition one color or will we be able to choose colors

Congrats on getting a reservation @Agonza11! I wasn't as quick as you. If GMC follows the same route like they did with the Edition 1 Hummer EVs then it's possible there could only be only 1 color. Or at least a limited amount of them.

Is the Sierra going to be your first EV?

Yes. Thanks for the response. Based on the videos it looks like it's going to be awesome. The Denali interiors looks great and the 0-60 at close to 4 sec will be fun. It will be great to are on it and not worry about Gas. I actually hope it is one nice looking color only. It will seem more unique and valuable.

The only big negative unfortunately is the "on the road" charging network ... or should say, lack thereof. Unreliable, poorly maintained charging stations that are a crapshoot if they are working can kill enthusiasm for EV's. Charging at home of course is no problem but leaving your home charge radius can be nerve wracking. GM should pay the money if they are serious and install a RELIABLE charging infrastructure sooner than later instead of relying on the (mostly) amateurs that are out there now. Take a page from Tesla ... this is a major reason why people are buying this brand.
